We come together in a closed group of participants, so we can begin to learn each others Rhythms of Life and learn to harmonise together. We learn how to clear blocked chakra’s and open our hearts and our creativity.

We begin by blessing the circle and inviting our ancestors to heal with us. We learn a basic rhythm to play together and feel the healing frequencies of the bass drum.

We reflect on our Oracle Cards or Guidance Cards, giving space to each person to feel heard and valued.
✺

Through Rhythm, Movement, Reflective Discussion, we take our inner child and bring them out to play.
✺

Through hearing each other express through rhythm and movement we feel valued, and our self esteem increases as we learn a new skill, and leave our worries behind.

We remove our inner negative self talk, and with a ceremonial healing rhythm circle, we invite new positive self talk by using the ‘Tapping’ Technique.

These rhythm circles are tailored to suit your needs. The cost will depend on the amount of drums required, the length of session and travel. Costs start at $333 for the 1.5 hr Rhythm Circle with travel and whether you would like a gift included for each person.
For maximum healing benefits, a closed group should be o more than 10-12 people plus the facilitator.

A healing rhythm circle means that through the vibrational frequencies in the drums and the tonal chimes used, combined with guidance through the oracle cards, and reflective discussion, being free to express and dance……you are on the road to beginning your healing journey, and letting go of negativity, and beginning to feel more free with who you are.
