Your participants enjoy learning to play a new rhythm, to form new friendships and to have an hour of mindfulness, relieving them of any usual stresses.

The facilitator leads the group with non-verbal and some basic verbal instructions, using body language to keep the rhythm and tempo, while the players create simple rhythms from a foundation to a harmonious masterpiece without having to have musical experience
